We are currently taking applicants for the following position:
SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST
(Placement: Jakarta)
Monitor, review and analyse factors that might impact organization which cover detailed financial analysis relating to tenders, competitor analysis and operational performance in order to provide business line manager with accurate / current and concise analysis on any issue that could impact PTP strategic business plan and support COSMO head in formulating 1 year budget, re-forecast and 5 year rolling plan.
Requirements:
Excellent English skills – spoken, written and presentation.
Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff in the organisation.
Must be proficient in excel, power point and report preparation and presentation.
Ability to develop clear, concise and accurate report summaries.
Excellent business analysis skills, strong financial modelling skills.
Preferable to have worked with a world class International Corporation.
Minimum Bachelor degree in Finance or Mathematic.
Min 5 years working experiences as analyst or consultant is preferable (but not essential).
Preferable to have experience in mining/construction related companies (but not essential).
Must be team oriented, self-motivated and possess the ability to prioritise work.
Requires the ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Monthly Management Reporting.
Detailed financial models including sensitivity analysis on potential investment and tender to identify business targets / opportunities.
Support COSMO/business planning head in the annual budget process and prepare re-forecast as required to ensure budget & forecast are reasonable, consistent with the Management activity and accurate.
Evaluate and analyse the financial implications of an investment/capex require internally and for Risk Management Committee.
Sustain the development of the financial analysis process across Petrosea aimed at rationalizing costs and improving efficiency including investee companies.
Perform analysis which concerned with the influence of external market factors upon the organization, or for activities related to project evaluation, financial structuring, and investor interface.

PRODUCTION MANAGER
Direct and lead mining operation activities in term of support mining project manager to ensure production is achieved in accordance with BMP (Business Mining Petrosea), project parameters, project schedule, budget, in compliance with company s project safety and environmental policy.
Requirements:
Min. Bachelor degree in mining
Min. 10 years previous experiences in mining operation (production), minimum 5 years in managerial position
Fluent in English, written and verbal
Familiar with mining software
Good communication and leadership skill
Willing to be placed in all company location
Excellent computer skill
Responsibilities:
Direct and control mining operations staff on their day to day mining operation, monitor and control mining equipment usage to ensure the safest and efficient mining operations in order to achieve production targets and schedule in line with the mine plan.
Ensure that sites mining activities are well coordinated to ensure the availability of resources (people, equipment, maintenance).
Develop and monitor weekly, monthly and shutdown schedules for inclusion in the BMP plans by the Senior Mining Engineer.
Ensure the implementation of long term mine plans and short term detailed mine execution plans at all levels using the BMP process and provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis in order to enable short term control achieving the long term mine plan.
Ensure project budgets, mining schedules, project reporting, progress assessment and project execution plan are according to plan to meet operational needs and requirements..
Control the coordination between projects and subcontractors to ensure consistency and satisfactory performance of the subcontractors.
Lead, coach and manage subordinate including recruitment and provide a proper development and succession plan for them, Promote and develop an open ethical work environment in order to maintain subordinate in attract, motive and retain.
Maintain and implementing HSE programs by minimise exposure to personnel and the environment by identifying hazards and risks from the planning phase of the work packages and during daily operational to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.
